AdCellerant is a Denver-based, award-winning marketing technology and services company that partners with media companies and agencies to provide businesses of all sizes access to high-quality digital marketing solutions. It has an approximate annual turnover of $100M.


Their proprietary platform, Ui.Marketing, enables users to manage the entire buyer’s journey—from proposal creation and campaign launch to execution and performance reporting—all within a single, user-friendly interface. AdCellerant specialises in simplifying complex digital advertising, offering services across programmatic display, mobile, video, native, email, and search marketing campaigns, supported by automation, expert training, and operational excellence

Brand Strategy & Repositioning Brand Marketing

From Agency to Technology Powerhouse
To reflect AdCellerant's shift from digital agency to technology-led platform, I spearheaded a full rebrandbuilding a new visual identity and messaging architecture rolled out across 200+ assets. The rebrand spanned website, sales collateral, product materials, and internal training. The project not only strengthened brand recognition but also positioned AdCellerant for greater credibility among tech-forward partners.

Multi-Channel Campaigns with Measurable Impact

I planned and executed integrated campaigns across email, social media, webinars, display, and events. One key initiative, our Summer Surge campaign, targeted seasonal business growth with 25+ product guides, distributed via Pardot with tailored messaging from Account Managers. 


This drove:

  • 1,500+ unique views
  • 30–50% open rates
  • Increased partner engagement and cross-sell opportunities


Additionally:

  • Boosted webinar registrations by 22% via strategic segmentation and email targeting
  • Supported Biz Dev through social/email campaigns aimed at top-of-funnel associations and prospects

To expand organic reach and deepen audience engagement, I developed a proactive content strategy featuring:

Scaling Impact with Pardot & Salesforce (Marketing Automation)

I streamlined lead generation and nurturing using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot):

  • Created lifecycle-based nurture streams aligned to prospect buying stages
  • Increased qualified leads and improved lead scoring
  • Reduced lead-to-customer time by nearly 50%


I also:

  • Automated AM email outreach and monthly business reporting, saving 2–3 days/month for Account Managers
  • Replaced manual insight reporting (RFPs, expiring campaigns) with dynamic dashboards and triggered email alerts
  • Supported newsletter development across Partner, Product, and Onboarding streams—tailoring tone and technicality to each audience

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Sales Enablement

Bridging Product and Market Needs
Partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops, I:

  • Developed go-to-market plans for new digital products
  • Created sales enablement content (e.g. whitepapers, landing pages, decks, rate cards)
  • Supported smoother product launches and accelerated adoption across partner networks

Account Management

Starting my journey at AdCellerant as an Account Coordinator, I partnered with media groups and clients across the US to design effective digital advertising strategies tailored to diverse budgets (up to $$775K/month), audiences, and campaign goals. Tactics included programmatic display, mobile, video, native, email, search marketing, and more.


I nurtured strong relationships with the company’s top three media partners (print, broadcast), developing tailored proposals across key verticals including hospitality, retail, medical, financial services, technology, and FMCG. My client-centric approach contributed to a renewal rate exceeding 90% and consistent satisfaction scores of 100%.


By tracking, analysing, and optimising campaign performance, I provided actionable insights that improved results and deepened client trust. I also transformed these insights into impactful marketing content, including case studies, social posts, and success stories, to demonstrate tangible outcomes and reinforce our value proposition across external and internal channels.

Community Engagement & Workplace Culture

As an active member of the AdCellerant Gives program, I helped plan and engage the wider company in activities for community service, environmental sustainability, and charitable contributions. My involvement helped foster a sense of purpose and community within the company, reinforcing their commitment to social responsibility and environmental stewardship. In February 2024, AdCellerant attained B-Corp certification. 


I was also a key driver in shaping workplace culture and brand advocacy among employees. My positive energy contributed to team dynamics and fostered stronger connections with remote employees hired during or after the COVID-19 pandemic.
